Are the prices I see in your catalogs/website the only product costs?

No, the prices in our catalogs and/or on our website are only approximate costs. We strive to do better whenever possible. There are additional fees involved when imprinting a product.

 

What is a Vendor Set-Up Charge?

This is a nominal fee that applies to some orders depending on the product being imprinted. This charge is the labor it takes to calibrate the equipment or machinery that is doing the imprinting. The price varies from job to job.

 

What is a Screen Charge?

For silkscreened sportswear a screen/plate must be made from a positive  to apply your custom imprint. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color and/or location. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. If any changes are made on artwork after a screen/plate has been made new screens and charges will be required.

 

What is an Art Preparation, Proof & Positive Charge?

This is a nominal fee and varies on how much time is required to create, revise or change any artwork files provided to us. A positive is required for any jobs that require a screen charge.  No job starts until an artwork proof is approved.

 

What are acceptable file formats, platforms and sizes for artwork?

Preferred art formats are Vector Files in EPS, AI or PDF formats. Very rarely do we accept JPEG’s or TIFF’s (low resolution files).

 

Can you help me with my artwork?

Ad-Vision Promotions, Inc. is dedicated to providing you with quick, easy and complete services. If you need assistance with your artwork we will do our best to assist you and help make your artwork one of a kind. Fees vary in price depending on time and detail of logo.

 

Can I get a sample of a product before ordering?

Please call for details. Charges may apply.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover (3% surcharge charges may apply). We Accept Company Purchase Orders For Terms. Net Terms without a Purchase Order will be determined upon request. All orders without a Purchase Order will require a  50% deposit. For orders paid with a credit card a credit card authorization form must be filled out and kept on file.

 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Production time varies from product to product as well as shipping locations. We will notify you of production time at time we send you your quotation.

  

Can you help me find a specific product?

It is our goal to have you the customer completely satisfied from start to finish. With that said we offer a wide variety of products in addition to those you see listed in a catalog or on our website. If you need help locating a specific product, please contact us and we will be happy to do a comprehensive search for you.  If the item is out there we will go that extra mile to find it for you!
